1. Jedi Consulars should act in the manner that they tend to act in the movies (think of Yoda, but don't overdo it). You can use a green saber to signify this.
2. Jedi Guardians should be quick on their feet, ready to act, and ready to fight, but should not be aggressive. You can use a blue saber to signify being a Guardian.
3. Jedi Sentinels should have the most tactical methods to acting in front of other people, because their presentation is essential to being the diplomats of the Jedi Order. You can use a yellow saber to signify being a Sentinel.
4. Don't use inappropriate names, language, or colors; black names and red/black names are to be avoided, as are red-colored lightsabers, as they are of the Sith.
5. Act the way a Jedi should act; think of the prequels. Don't be too emotional about anything; be accepting and follow the advice of peers.
